“The Game” actress Caryn Ward Ross has just unveiled a new website devoted to helping women find their Mr. Right. The California native, who recently wed director Craig Ross Jr., launched www.Lipstickandpumps.com to rave reviews.
After dispensing relationship advice in promotion of her latest film, He’s Mine Not Yours, her sister and fellow twitter followers implored her to start her own website. Combining her favorite things: lipstick and pumps, Caryn said she had her name and the rest is history.
Drawing from her personal experiences, the love advice column covers a wide range of topics including tips on how to keep a man wanting more, relationship Do’s and Don’ts, and the effects of acupuncture on your sex life. When it comes to matters of the heart, she cautions ladies not to reveal too much, too soon. Ward Ross asserts that keeping a sense of “mystery” is a key component in attracting and keeping a mate.
“Although lipstickandpumps.com is geared primarily towards woman, a lot of men are visiting the site. I think they want to know the inner workings of a woman’s mind. ” Caryn added.
He’s Mine Not Yours is a romantic comedy that centers on playboy Kent (Jason Weaver) who is about to marry his skeptical girlfriend Brooke (Gabrielle Dennis). Caryn portrays Mandy, an “undercover seductress” who is hired by Brooke to see if Kent will fall for Mandy’s temptation and be unfaithful. The all-star cast includes Wendy Raquel Robinson, Carl Payne, Clifton Powell, Darius McCrary, and Nadine Ellis.
When asked how her site is different than other advice columns, Caryn replied, “My chief aim is to infuse personal power and self-awareness into our relationships. How you relate to yourself will directly correlate with how you relate to others. I write from a place of truth—it’s honest and raw. It may not be for everyone. ”
“I loved playing ‘Mandy’. I hope people walk away from this movie with an appreciation for trust and honest communication in their relationships,” the actress concluded.
