The Women Destined for Greatness Empowerment Expo (WDGE EXPO) is a global premier event targeting women of all races and backgrounds, ages 15 and up. As we embark upon our 2nd annual Women's Empowerment Expo, we endeavor to be a tool that successfully empowers and inspires women to walk into their purpose.
This global premier event endeavors to empower, motivate and inspire women to pursue their purpose, goals, visions and dreams! We anticipate over 600 consumers, entrepreneurs, and professionals representing every facet of society, with the primary audience of women. We are certain that Women Destined for Greatness Empowerment Expo 2010 will empower hundreds of women to become world changing leaders as well as lead them on the road to their purpose!
Women Destined for Greatness Empowerment Expo was created for the sole purpose of raising funds to purchase a transitional home for young women presently in, or have aged out of the foster care system in Delaware. In Delaware, there are limited resources tailored toward our youth, especially young women who are currently in, or have aged out of the foster care system. One of the most important resources that enable young women to successfully transition out of foster care and into independent living is housing. Because housing is limited, their desperation in finding adequate living usually leaves them susceptible to poverty, abuse or incarceration.
