NY Streetballers from the AND1 Mixed Tape Tour will come to Seaford, Delaware, Saturday, March 24, 2012, to play exhibition basketball against Delmarva teams.
Competitions will take place at Seaford High School, beginning with Youth Games at 4:00 p.m., followed by Streetballers Women vs. Delmarva Women, and Streetballers Men vs. Delmarva Men.
Tickets are $10.00 in advance and $12.00 at the door.
Featured competitors are “White Chocolate”, “Future”, Pat “Da Rock”, “Afrika” & “The Pharmacist”, and AND1 Streetballers Women’s Team.
The MC for the event will be **HARLEM** aka “AG”, the voice of “Chicken Noodle Soup”.
This event is sponsored by Deshields Co., Applebees, Vibes, My Fan Country, Western Sussex Boys & Girls Club, Eastern Shore AFRAM Festival, Inc., John Wesley Church, and Hamilton Associates.
Proceeds from this fundraising event will support the Summer Basketball program and after-school basketball activities in the area.
For over 30 years the Summer Basketball program has offered boys and girls access to scholarships and the opportunity to participate in tournaments throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
