The nominee process for their First Official 40 under 40 list, highlighting the top 40 residents or professionals with businesses in Delaware under the age of 40 demonstrating leadership and morality.

With the rise of violence in Delaware, our children need to see that there are people from their community setting a positive example. The good deeds of these 40 individuals has been overshadowed with the constant negativity that has been highlighted, but our organization refuses to give the negativity any power. To put a spotlight on our award recipients an award ceremony will be held September 13, 2014 at Delaware Center for Contemporary Arts at 6pm. To purchase tickets please go to www.chainsde.com
