The National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR), a not-for-profit organization, exists to provide a national forum where Black and African American human resources practitioners and those who are aligned with our goals can share, gain information and provide leadership on issues affecting their individual careers and the global workforce. By doing this, we endeavor to increase the presence and leadership ability in minority talent at all levels, across all industries, both nationally and globally by facilitating conferences, symposiums, seminars, regional events, career fairs and building strategic alliances. 

NAAAHR has 35 chapters representing every major city in the United States.  The Delaware Chapter has been added to the family as the first State Chapter in the first State. This is a monumental leap forward for NAAAHR as we endeavor to reach Delaware from Wilmington to Georgetown. Our first year will be filled with ground-breaking events to achieve the goals of our partners in diverse HR practices, as well as meeting the needs of our members and supporters. To do so, we aspire to partner with leading companies, organizations, Colleges and Universities, and Government entities.
